Answers about payload, flight time, custom integration, go-kart safety, manufacturing, ordering, worldwide shipping and warranty.
Manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and export preparation are coordinated through our China operations. Korea, the Philippines, and the United States are operating/support locations, not manufacturing facilities.
Yes. Available documentation depends on the transaction and may include company registration, factory details, certification evidence, product data sheets, test records, packing details, and export documentation.
Start with the complete installed payload weight, required flight time, operating environment, data/communication needs, and local aviation rules. Our engineering team will recommend a configuration and explain the performance assumptions.
Usually not. Maximum endurance is commonly measured with a lighter configuration. Payload, altitude, wind, temperature, battery condition, speed, and accessories affect flight time. Use the payload/endurance chart on the approved data sheet.
Yes, subject to engineering review of weight, dimensions, center of gravity, power, data protocol, mounting, environmental conditions, and required endurance.
Yes. Send the crop type, farm area, terrain, desired tank size, application rate, destination, and required quantity so we can propose the correct system.
Training, commissioning, documentation, recommended spares, and service plans can be included in the quotation depending on model and destination.
Drone registration, operator licensing, import permissions, frequency approvals, operational authorization, and flight restrictions vary by jurisdiction. The customer/operator is responsible for local approval. Payload Motion can provide available technical documents but does not replace the aviation authority.
Unless a specific homologation document states otherwise, Payload Motion junior vehicles and go-karts are intended for private property or controlled venues, not public roads.
Suitability depends on the model, rider height and weight, speed configuration, controls, and supervision. The quotation and build sheet must identify the intended rider and safety configuration.
Where supported, configurable speed modes, key-controlled limiting, remote cutoff, or other safety controls can be specified. Confirm the exact system for the chosen model.
Yes. Supply a paint code and reference files. Customers must own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, and protected liveries.
Production time depends on model, engineering changes, parts, paint, quantity, testing, and approval. The confirmed lead time appears in the written quotation; shipping time begins only after dispatch.
Submit a quote or custom-build request. We review the requirements, issue a written configuration and quotation, confirm company/shipping information, and provide an invoice. Production starts only after specification approval and agreed payment.
Yes, subject to carrier service, import restrictions, regulated-battery acceptance, customs requirements, and destination access.
Only when the written quotation and Incoterm state that they are included. Otherwise, destination duties, taxes, permits, brokerage, and import clearance are the buyer's responsibility.
Coverage must be stated in the model-specific warranty and order documents. Manufacturing defects are treated differently from normal wear, consumables, accidents, misuse, water damage outside the rating, unauthorized modification, improper charging, or operation outside approved limits.
Custom-built products are normally non-returnable after production begins, except where mandatory law or an accepted warranty claim applies. The approved cancellation and return terms must be shown before payment.
