Where are Payload Motion products manufactured?
Manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing and export preparation are coordinated through our China operations. Korea, the Philippines and the United States are operating/support locations, not manufacturing facilities.
How do I choose the correct payload drone?
Start with the complete installed payload weight, required endurance, environment, data and communication needs, destination and local aviation rules.
Is maximum flight time possible at maximum payload?
Usually not. Payload, altitude, wind, temperature, batteries, accessories and mission profile affect endurance. Use the approved payload-versus-flight-time chart.
Can you integrate my camera, LiDAR or sensor?
Yes, subject to engineering review of weight, dimensions, center of gravity, power, data protocol, mounting and operating conditions.
Do you supply spraying drones?
Yes. Send the crop type, farm area, terrain, tank-size preference, application rate, quantity and destination.
Are the go-karts road legal?
Unless a homologation document states otherwise, Payload Motion junior vehicles and go-karts are intended for private property or controlled venues, not public roads.
Can speed be limited?
Where supported, speed modes, key-controlled limiting, remote cutoff or other controls can be specified and confirmed in the build sheet.
Can I add custom paint or branding?
Yes. Supply a paint code and authorized artwork. Customers must have permission to use all logos and protected liveries.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available methods include T/T bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, cryptocurrency, USDT on supported networks, BTC and approved stablecoins. Exact account, wallet, network, processor, fees and payment instructions appear only on the verified invoice or secure checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, subject to carrier service, import restrictions, regulated-battery acceptance, customs requirements and destination access.
Are duties and taxes included?
Only when the written quotation and Incoterm explicitly include them. Otherwise destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom-built products are normally non-returnable after production begins, except where mandatory law or an accepted warranty claim applies. Final terms appear before payment.
